LED lighting upgrade of Belgrave Middleway, Birmingham City Centre in partnership with CEL now complete.
CEL working alongside PLS – (Professional Lighting Services a part of the Wryley Group) have now completed the first phase of the upgrade to the lighting along Belgrave Middleway in Birmingham City Centre.
New lamp post lighting upgrades with complete new infrastructure, new pits and LED lanterns as supplied by CEL Electrical.
